• New and unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the merchandise cost only (we are unable to reimburse shipping costs). Items must be returned in unused/unmarked/sellable condition.

• We will notify you once we've received your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved you be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  PLEASE remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

• Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return.

• If you request a refund after the 30 days of the original delivery date, WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE,
